Welcome to SportsLounge. By accessing or using our mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a business or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business or entity to these Terms and that it is fully binding on them.
2. Changes to Terms We may modify the Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App or through other communications. It is important that you review the Terms whenever we modify them because if you continue to use the App after we have posted modified Terms on the App, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.

4. Use of the App You agree that you are responsible for all of your activity in connection with the App and that you will use the App legally and only for the purposes that it is intended to be used for.
5. Creating an Account When you create an account with SportsLounge, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
6. Intellectual Property The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SportsLounge and its licensors.
7. User Conduct You agree not to use the App in a way that:
- Violates any law or regulation.
- Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Jeopardizes the security of your account or anyone else’s account.
8. Purchases If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the App, you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase.
9. Termination We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to the App We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our App, and any service or material we provide via the App, in our sole discretion without notice.
12. Limitation of Liability In no event shall SportsLounge, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
